Adorable Baby Bunnies Now Available! Text us at 401-252-0166
This page is dedicated to our older bunnies. Some of these lovely bunnies have been rescued and rehabilitated, and they are now ready to find their forever homes. Others are retired from our program and are looking for a loving family to call their own. Additionally, some bunnies need to be rehomed due to circumstances beyond their control, as they are no longer the young babies they once were.
Adopting an older bunny can be incredibly rewarding; they often have calmer temperaments and are easier to care for compared to younger rabbits. However, it's important to consider that they may have different health needs or require a little extra patience as they adjust to new surroundings. By opening your heart to one of these older bunnies, you can provide a loving home and make a lasting difference in their lives.
Stitch is an American Mini Plush Lop bred here at Starflower Bunny Farm. He was a grow out, meaning he was retained to evaluate his type, structure, temperament, etc so see if he was a proper candidate to keep here as a father bunny. Unfortunately, he does not have the body and head shape qualities we are looking for. He does not have fully lopped ears and has ear control. He is very sweet and adventurous and has been living with 2 other boys. He is PET ONLY, and not neutered.

9 month old American Mini Plush Lop female, unspayed. In rehab from Encephalitozoon cuniculi. Application needed, Read her story below! (comes with outdoor portable kennel)

Cadbury was surrendered back to us & on return, we discovered she had Encephalitozoon cuniculi (E. cuniculi), a parasite that often stays dormant but can flare with stress or illness.
She completed a month of treatment and is no longer infectious. She did suffer eye damage (phacoclastic uveitis) and may have partial or full blindness in one eye, but she has no lasting neurological problems and gets around well. Cadbury needs a calm home without other bunnies due to possible future flares.
All rescue intakes have found homes, we are at capacity and cannot take in more rehoming/rescue bunnies - we apologize for this inconvenience!
